FCDSS provides outreach services to the outlying areas of Brunswick, Emmitsburg and to the Hispanic community at the Mission of Mercy Clinic. The outreach services extend the geographic and demographic reach of the agency twice a month at each site. The outreach services offered are housing and energy emergency services and general services information and referral, as well as certain FIA programs. A Housing Services staff person teams up with a FIA staff person.
